ImperialpWashCl offers professional vehicle washing, detailing, and protective services by appointment. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

• All services must be booked in advance via our website or by phone.
• Payment may be required online or on-site upon completion.
• Prices are displayed in CHF and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of CHF 25 to cover reserved time.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, ImperialpWashCl is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, defects or fragile surfaces
• Items left inside the vehicle
• Delays due to force majeure, weather or mechanical issues

6. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or violations of our operational policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, branding and layout is owned or licensed by ImperialpWashCl and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Privacy

Use of our site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the revised date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be handled in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
