2. Non-Refundable Services

• Completed wash or detailing services
• No-show or late-cancelled appointments (under 24h notice)
• Special event packages or pre-paid promotions once redeemed

3. Refundable Situations

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

• A pre-booked appointment was paid in advance and canceled with at least 24 hours' notice
• You were charged by mistake or experienced a billing error
• We were unable to deliver the service due to operational issues (e.g. equipment failure, severe weather)

4. Partial Refunds

If a service was only partially performed or interrupted by external conditions, we may issue a partial refund or offer a rebooking at no additional cost — at our discretion.
